Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to labor, health and safety, environmental protection, trade, and product safety.
We do not tolerate corruption, bribery, fraud, or any form of unethical conduct. Suppliers must uphold integrity, transparency, and fair competition in all dealings.
Suppliers must respect the rights of all workers. Forced labor, child labor, discrimination, harassment, or abuse of any kind are strictly prohibited. Fair wages, reasonable working hours, and safe working conditions must be ensured.
Suppliers should actively minimize their environmental footprint by managing waste, conserving energy and water, reducing emissions, and promoting sustainable practices.
All products and services delivered must meet Tianx’s quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Suppliers shall implement rigorous quality control and continuous improvement processes.
Suppliers must maintain accurate records and provide timely information when requested by Tianx to verify compliance with this Code.

By placing an order with Tianx, you agree to the following fair and clear conditions, which help us serve you better:
All orders will be reviewed and confirmed by Tianx in writing. We may adjust or decline an order if necessary to ensure product quality, compliance, or timely delivery, always with clear communication to you.
All prices are as quoted in your official proposal or agreement and generally exclude any applicable taxes, customs duties, shipping, or insurance unless stated otherwise. Please follow the agreed payment terms so we can process and deliver your order smoothly.
We work hard to meet agreed delivery schedules. Occasionally, factors outside our control (such as global logistics or regulatory delays) may affect lead times. Should this happen, we will update you promptly and do our best to minimize any impact.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any issues, such as damage, shortage, or defect, kindly inform us in writing within [10] business days so we can resolve it quickly.
Because many Tianx products are custom-engineered or made-to-order, returns and cancellations are only accepted with our written approval. We always aim to find fair solutions when needed.
Tianx guarantees that our products meet the promised specifications and are free from material defects in normal use for the period stated in your product documents. If a product does not perform as expected under warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.
We expect our customers to handle Tianx products responsibly and comply with all relevant laws and trade regulations.
To maintain fairness, Tianx’s liability is limited to the cost of repairing, replacing, or refunding defective products. We cannot accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses beyond our control.
All designs, technologies, and confidential information shared by Tianx remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We value your trust and handle your information with the same care.
These conditions are governed by the applicable laws of your purchasing agreement’s jurisdiction. We prefer to resolve any differences through open, respectful dialogue and, if needed, arbitration or local courts.
