Tianx Return Policy

At Tianx, we aim to deliver high-quality products and solutions that meet your exact needs. If you ever receive a product that does not meet our quality standards or your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is defective or damaged in transit.
  • The product does not match the agreed specifications or purchase order.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is unused (except for testing during normal inspection) and in its original packaging.
  • All original documentation, labels, and accessories are included.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).

If you need to return a product:

  2. Provide your order details, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.

For approved returns:

  • If the return is due to a Tianx error (defect, damage, or incorrect product), Tianx will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will promptly process a replacement shipment, repair, or refund to your original payment method, as applicable.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

Custom-made or specially configured products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged, in accordance with your agreement.

Warranty policies

At Tianx, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products and solutions. This Limited Warranty outlines our commitment to our customers and partners worldwide.

Tianx warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, in accordance with applicable specifications and instructions provided by Tianx.

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, the standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

If a product is proven to be defective within the warranty period, Tianx’s sole obligation, at its discretion, will be to:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace it with an equivalent product, or
  • Refund the original purchase price.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow Tianx’s written instructions;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Products repaired or altered by anyone other than Tianx or its authorized service providers;
  • Damage due to external factors such as accidents, power surges, or environmental conditions outside specified limits.

Except as expressly stated above, Tianx makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tianx’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

To make a claim under this warranty, customers must:

  • Notify Tianx in writing within the warranty period;
  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect;
  • Follow return instructions provided by Tianx’s customer service team.

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tianx is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
