1. Scope
1.1. Any use of this website (www.tianxpower.com), provided by Tianx Power Solutions LLC., and/or its affiliates (collectively “Tianx”), is subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms may be amended, modified, or replaced by other terms, for example when purchasing Tianx products and services. By logging in, or where no login is required, by accessing or using the Tianx Website, you accept these Terms in their current version.
1.2. Where Tianx Website content or services are directed at businesses or public enterprises, such organizations are represented by the user, who must ensure they have the authority and expertise to act on behalf of the organization.
2. Services
2.1. The Tianx Website may contain information, software, technical data, documentation, or tools for viewing or download.
2.2. Tianx may suspend or discontinue operation of the Tianx Website in whole or in part at any time. Due to the nature of the internet, Tianx cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Registration & Passwords
3.1. Certain sections of the Tianx Website may require registration and password access. In the interest of secure business use, only registered users may access these areas. Tianx reserves the right to deny or revoke registrations at its discretion, especially if:
false data was provided,
these Terms are violated,
laws are violated during use, or
the user account is inactive for an extended period.
3.2. Users must ensure all registration details are true and up-to-date, including a valid email address for contact.
3.3. On registration, users may receive an access code (User ID and password). Users must change default passwords immediately and keep them confidential.
3.4. Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their account. Users must log out after each session and notify Tianx immediately in writing if misuse is suspected.
3.5. On notice of misuse, Tianx will block access until resolved.
3.6. Users may request cancellation of their registration in writing. Tianx will remove user data when no longer required to fulfill contractual obligations.
4. Rights of Use
4.1. Use of Tianx Website content (information, software, documentation) is subject to these Terms or any separate license agreed with Tianx. Specific license terms for downloadable software override these Terms.
4.2. Tianx owns or licenses all rights to website content. By submitting any content to Tianx, you grant Tianx a worldwide, perpetual right to use such content for product or service improvement and development. Tianx grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for their own non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed, source code is not provided (except where open-source licenses require it).
4.4. Users may not distribute, lease, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile software except as explicitly permitted by applicable law or license terms. One backup copy may be made for security.

infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights;
upload malware or harmful code;
share unauthorized or confidential content;
send unsolicited marketing (“spam”), run pyramid schemes, or similar activities.
6.2. Tianx may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

The Tianx Website may contain links to third-party websites. Tianx is not responsible for, and does not endorse, third-party content. Use of linked sites is at the user’s own risk.
8. Warranties & Liability for Defects
8.1. The Tianx Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tianx is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or reliance on information on this site.
8.2. Product performance is determined by separate agreements at the time of purchase and may differ from general descriptions on the website.
9. Other Liability & Viruses
9.1. Tianx’s liability is limited as stated above, except where otherwise required by law (e.g., product liability, gross negligence, or personal injury).
9.2. While Tianx strives to keep its systems virus-free, users must use appropriate security measures and antivirus tools before downloading content.
10. Export Controls
10.1. Certain Tianx technology may be subject to export controls under applicable laws. Users must comply with all export control regulations and may not transfer restricted technology to unauthorized end-users or destinations.

12.3. The Tianx Website is operated from Taiwan. Users accessing from other countries are responsible for compliance with local laws. Access from regions where content is illegal is prohibited.
12.4. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
